to each is own.. Some love the stock, other love the quad, while others might love the Hamann.. Especially for 14 hundred, at 6 hundred a muffler + shipping is not bad. Especially for a name like Hamann...

In 2-3 years, parts like these will be EXTINCT, so hey, if anyone wants to grab a part of HAMANN E53 history, its up for grab... let me know guys.. otherwise will put it up on ebay next week or something for a bit more..

Anyone know how they sound over stock but having the x-pipe? I removed the resonator and put the x-pipe in and I love the sound but I have developed a slight muffler rattle in low rpm situations (i've traced it to the internals of the muffler). I could probably cut the muffler open and remove or weld the baffle that's causing the rattle.

I,d like to know the same thing. I've been wanting an exhaust upgrade for a bit more rumble under throttle, but would hate to buy this to have to cut off the tips!

This piece really deserves an appreciating owner...

I'd just replace the resonator with an X-pipe and have the stock tips put on a set of magnaflow exhausts.

Very nice but I was able to purchase a new dual can setup for my MCoupe for $600. If the price was a bit lower you would have a bit more interest.

Yay for great price on rare quality stuff. If I didn't have this Tubi exhaust on the 4.6 I'd be interested. Glws

With that bottle, of course it was a "quick" trip

Are there any horsepower gains on the 3.0 with this?
