Well i have some news... i have visited several indys and one of them told me VANOS is creating the clicking, not the lifter. So i took out connector of the exhaust VANOS solenoid and the clicking faded out BUT i got a loud whining from the oil pan. Now i am thinking VANOS is creating clicking noise because the oil pump is not creating good pressure on idle. Here is a video:

Whining occurs only when oil temp is more than 60-70 celsius degrees. When it is cold there is no sound.
And another thing is strong vacuum and clicking under oil pan:

Any thoughts on this?
