External window trim discoloration fix? Return to gloss black

My 2003 has seen lots of sun, and it appears that's turned the trim.

It sort shines with multiple colors, I've attached pic.

Heard of anything to treat it, to bring back to gloss black?

I'm thinking alternatively having 'wrap' (basically decal) applied in satin black, or maybe spray peel coat (plasti dip).

Needs compounding and polish by machine to remove oxidation. Treat it like paint.
