mines been doing that during cold starts no black smoke just 2 times that is it had a white-ish smoke but mainly just misfire like that and if i shut it off and on its purrs after wards and its been like that for like 2 yrs now no notable issues with driving powers good mileage is close to new mpg

Thanks Guys,
Trader4 you nailed the diagnosis. I know because after some research there is a whistling noise associated with the CCV failure. My truck has been whistling like this for some time but I could never figure out why. Guess I got a new job ahead of me. Like everything on this truck its gonna be a PITA to replace. Bernie
