The heated steering wheel has a button on the steering wheel. Best $150 option we chose. It does have the auto leveling HID's, best $500 option back then. The $1200 premium sound was a so-so choice.

Yes to the luggage cover, but no the auto dim mirrors.

mine apparently no heated wheel but does have heated seats which is super nice. All my hub logos are disintegrating but bought a replacement set for $22 on eBay which are nicer new style anyhow (chrome ring vs crappy yellow plastic) how are your hubs fairing after 14 years?

Headlights bulbs ever replaced? only ONE was replaced on mine so the other was very dim and blue; first thing i replaced on my car after purchase. Also floor mat situation? The previous owner threw out the surely badly worn original or replacement mats so the carpet was in great shape since apparently he had them but i had to buy replacements.

Hub logo's aren't bad, I can take some pictures if you wish, the HID's never needed replacement and are still fine.

The driver side floor mat is worn, others are good. However, I have the OEM winter mats as well which are as new.

EAA is awesome; PM/email before your next trip, would not mind starting a group of local BMW buddies with some common interests other than the car make.

Insane story about EAA; in the 80s we went the day after it was over (got the date wrong). Best EAA trip *of ever*. After walking half a mile across an empty field parking lot, came across a fence that seemed to go a mile every way w/o a gate and hopped over (was more of a crowd control than 'keep off the runway' kinda fence) and was able to approach one of the only TWO planes remaining; and Antov AN-124, that was open in the back for people to walk in. We climbed in and while wondering around a russian crew member came down from the 'loft' above and one of my friends who knew enough russian to get by talked with him a bit...

2 minutes later we were invited to the cockpit to take turns at the controls and take pictures... almost better is the part that the plane was parked perpendicular and nearly nose-to-nose with a C5 galaxy so that was MOST of the view out the cockpit of the AN-124.

Helova 'missed the EAA by a day' situation, talk about a 'save'. I have to track down those photos.

Please post pictures when you find them. I don't know much about planes, but I have an IFR ticket and would love to visit Oshkosh

I asked the person that took the photos to find the album. I'll definitely post the pics.

I suggest going to www.cars.com and pull up X5s within 250 miles that are comparable mileage. Some features will increase the cost but you will quickly see the price range your market will bear.

Cars.com has a "sell your car" estimator. Putting in my vin and 110,000 miles returns the results above. Looks like you are right in the ballpark.

My copy of the x5 apparently has alternate rims. I haven't figured out the source yet.
