bmw e53 m54 rattle noise in D

Hi all first time posting on here, im after some advice if poss. I have a e53 m54 it is driving well other than a rattle type noise when im stationary, it seems to go when im in natural but as soon as I go to D it becomes apparent again. Cant really hear anything while im driving, Ive had a look and it seems to be coming from the disa area/injectors, the Disa has been replaced 2 years ago by BMW at a cost of £180 less than15000 miles ago, could just be a normal noise, whats your opinion's? Here is a link to a video of the noise ive uploaded to youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRU2F5dKLwo
thanks Jim
