That's what I thought I know I can demand new oem parts from working on my mom's e class I just have to call the adjuster a bunch and complain. I'm just wondering how to get them to include the bumper cover it's the adjuster that thinks I don't need one at all when mine has paint issues from the impact it's not cracked that's visible but I'm sure if taken off its no longer like new and has stress cracks and stretch
