4.8is high pitch electronic noise

Hello Guys/Gals

I am trying to work out what is making this noise.

https://youtu.be/ej5pAgprIQs

Is it normal? Is it an actuator going bad?..I have had my battery drain on me several times and I have noticed this sound keeps going even after I have switched off the car. I think it is not allowing the car to go to sleep.

I recently had her front legs in the air and this noise was constantly going on as soon as i dropped her the noise stopped. I do have a front passenger side leak but I doubt this is related.

The car seems to be running a test every 30-60 seconds.

I don't get any error codes.

Please help. I got a 3500 mile trip in October that I want to do with her so hopefully this is not too serious.
