Good ole oil leak
Hey guys long time no post!! I think that's a good thing actually? Anyways, my Indy shop told me when I had my guy replace ,y valve gasket covers that one wasn't installed properly and that was causing an oil leak. So my guy got a new Valve cover and went to replace them again. After he was done he said the gasket didn't look like it was installed incorrectly but replaced them nonetheless. Once he cranked it up after the replace it was running very rough. He took it around the block to see if it would smooth out. When he pulled back in it was smoking badly and oil was essentially leaking everywhere. I checked the dipstick and it was pretty much dry. He's going to get a valve cover and replace that to see if that resolves the issue. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance guys!!
