propshaft replacement

I have had rumbles from shaft on acceleration so checked my centre bearing and guibo , guibo was ok but replaced anyway while I had shaft off and replaced centre bearing as it had snapped and rubber was ripped .

everything was ok for about a week no rumbles from armrest area at all on hard acceleration, then it start to creep back so I'm assuming the shaft is out of balance or something .

I want to buy a second hand full propshaft off ebay and I see there are 2 different part numbers for the same model e53 3.0d which is my car 2005.

on my car its part number 7549298
on ebay there is what looks like pre lci and after, my question is can u use a pre lci as its much cheaper and looks exactly the same?
