Program X5's with self-leveling to sit lower?

Was doing some reading and stumbled on to this....

http://www.xoutpost.com/593725-post81.html

Does that mean we can adjust the "standard" setting on our self leveling X5's to sit lower? For example at access height all the time?

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Yes. You can do it that way or via another function in DIS. You can make it sit lower than access if you want to, however the lower you go, the worse the ride quality gets.

I would only go to about access level or maybe slightly higher, nothing crazy. Thanks for answering my question!

This is exciting, I had no idea. I would LOVE for the car to default at slightly higher then access level.

Now to find someone local to do it for me

I do the calibrations/troubleshooting up here in the NorthEast along with general BMW work, have done quite a few members here on the board as well.

Your in portland though and I havent had time yet to mess with and test remote calibration to offer.

Heres some pics of mine at various heights

The pictures with my silver wheels are current, this is my sweetspot height after all of the ones ive tested and messed with. Very sport feel, almost like coils, no excessive bounce or bottoming out like i had with running it lower then this.

Perfection

I love my black saphire but sometimes I wish I had silver (or anything else but black) just because those colors show off the beautiful lines of these cars so much better.

In case I find someone locally to do this for me, mind sharing some numbers of your set height so I can have something to start with and tell them instead of just "slightly higher then access" haha
