Thx it'a a z4 steeringwheel but i don't know the year !

I got a sweet deal for 200 € but before buying I wanna know if it fit's

I guess not. Too new for pre-facelift E53
It might physically fit, but the connectors might not.

Not sure...but as mentioned...the new generation BMWs have totally different communication buses. Our e53s uses an older CAN, Diagnostic, I, K, M, and P bus.

The new generation BMWs uses the LIN, MOST, and BSD communication bus systems (just to name a few). As already mentioned, the connectors in the slip ring & steering wheel will have totally different wiring harnesses and the communication bus will be looking for totally different data...so you'd probably need something that allows the old & new style components to communicate with each other.

Not to say that it can't be done, but you'll need additional components...just like those that have tried to install the newer Nav screens in the old BMWs.
