Rear deck storage area

The X5 is new to me.
I'm going through it and fixing things.
Above the spare tire, there are a lot of plastic pieces.
They seem to be holders for items.
Most of mine are empty.
What is supposed to be there?
I do have a jack and a lug wrench.
Several areas that are empty, what am I missing?

This is how it looked when it left the factory.

The only time this area of my X had been disturbed is during battery change and tow pkg install (spare tire is still new).

Note: Little black "anti-static" bag in the lower left recess is a 7pin to 4pin plug for the OE tow wiring.

Euro delivery include a safety flag. Right rear should have a pair of wheel chocks and tool kit. Front right the tailgate hold down bar for pulling out the spare.

About the same as TiAgX5's trunk...

I have that plastic thing that is empty, and we both have the lug wrench and tow hook, upper right. Our '01 is one owner/us and nothing has ever been removed, other than moving stuff around to R&R batts 3 times.

Pretty sure the OP's car is a US delivered car, not a Euro, so no flags, et al.
