E53 06 4.8 rear tire wear - alignment

All,
I am running Cont DWS 315 20" tires. I had the alignment done about 15k ago I notice my inner tire edge in the tears are wearing. Already replaced both upper control arms on both side. Does the X5 have a rear tire wear problem? Also where can I find the BMW alignment specification for my truck? My alignment was done on a laser hunter machine and specified range is listed below, I just want to confirm these are correct specs,

Front
Camber -0.6 to 0.2 deg
Caster 6.3 to 7.3 deg
Toe 0.04" to 0.11"
Turning angle diff -2.08 to -1.08 deg

Rear
Camber -2.2 to -1.5 deg
Toe 0.03" to 0.12"

Thanks Ted
