Just don't carried away now that you've got these done and use chrome tape on the wheels .

HAHA...have no fear! The only chrome left to be added will be exhaust tips and gauge rings! I passed up a pretty nice X in my search because it had that chrome trim around the windows...looks ok on some, but not on black...IMO.

That means that X5 didn't have Sport Package though. In that case, you're definitely better off with black .

Nice job Michelle............I did this on my Grand Cherokee grille about 2 yrs. ago and it's held up great so far.

Does that 3M chrome tape go on nice and smooth without wrinkled edges or bubbles? Where did you buy it from?

These aren't the greatest pics and it's not too clean, but you can get the idea of what it looks like........
(Notice I put the clear corners on it about 3 years ago.......)
