Thought they were referred to as Lucifer electrics? At least that's what the fellow club enthusiasts here call them. Haha it's so common... for a decent bit (I'm ashamed to admit) I actually thought that was the real name.

Edit: On topic, that Sam's battery Qsilver posted looks stout for $119. Would have gone with that had I known about it last summer. Instead went with $150 unit from Oreilly's.

so the main reason I'm looking for a new battery is that when it gets cold out about 45* or less the car struggles to turn over and even dies sometimes. no problems when it is over that temp. but because winter is coming, I didn't wanna have any problems. I decided to try and charge my battery at Autozone before I bought a new battery and they immediately told me my battery is bad and is 97% dead, but yet it starts my car fine. so I bought the Autozone battery just in case I got stranded somewhere but because we had nice weather this week I had some time to shop around. I ended up returning the autozone battery and buying a battery from bjs so that saved me $30. I wasn't really looking for cheap batteries but like I said before, I've seen tons of post about sub $100 batteries. I don't plan on keeping the car I'm just fixing some problems before I sell the car
