03 4.6is electrical nightmare!! ABS/DSC, Self Leveling Susp - Help!

Furthermore today...

-Lights don't flash when the car is locked/unlocked
-Keyless entry stopped working entirely
-Keyless entry started working again, for now
-Fog light icon wasn't illuminating half the time on the cluster, when they were turned on
-Delayed start multiple more times (like it doesn't initially recognize the key)
-Alarm went off while it was parked
-No check warnings pop up on the cluster anymore (SELFLEVEL SUSP INACT) or anything, and I know for SURE it is low on washer fluid and that always chimes at me, but now... nothing, as if check control isn't working?

This all seems like it has to be pointing to one module, it just has to be. But what?

Power. Can you monitor it while running and while off. You need to start getting real numbers. You seem to have undercharging alternator, and probably dying battery.

General Module,IKE?
when I was working in my old job, something like what you are describing happened to a 330 2003, 528 2000 Minni r56 2008, X6 2009. Also Some Mercedes but they did not start.

The Lights could be the wiring inside them? I redid a 135, and a 335 once.
Get someone close to your area that haves INPA to check your X5

Alarm sounds on a dead/dying battery. Check battery connections. Check voltage at the battery while running. Also check the battery connections under the hood
