NEED HELP: Replacing outside window seals

Hey, I have looked for answers to this in the past and have not found anything but figured I would reach out and see if anyone has found a solution to this as I am sure I am not the only one with this problem.

The window seal on the outside of the smaller triangular pieces is falling apart and crumbling, is there anyway to replace this and if so whats the easiest way

Sorry, can't give any e53 specific help... but done it on other BMW's. Typically replacing those window seals or "scrapers" as they are sometimes called requires removing a lot of trim and even the glass in some cases.

Just disassemble the door in that area to access the trim. Its tedious but nit difficult

My biggest question is where do you buy the trim to replace it, I have a decent idea on how to replace but every time I search for the part I only come up with the weather stripping that seals the door shut

You will have to search through realoem for the particular parts and part numbers that you need. Once you have that you can just order it from the dealer.
