Exclamation time and date setting

when i bought my 02 x5 previous owner had change the stock radio with after market one. the wire plug were cut my question is is there another way to set the time and date on the cluster if so how thanks

No. The MID or Nav screen is the control device for audio/phone/clock/OBC/DSP. All of those components send data to the MID or NAV and that's where things are started/stopped/set/reset/adjusted/etc. When you remove the MID or NAV screen, you removed the thing that controls all those functions.

To set the clock...you'll need to rebook the MID back up...then remove it again...and as long as the car doesn't lose electrical power...you can call up the clock (OBC) on the instrument cluster (must be programmed to appear there if you have the high cluster).
