Which Alternator to get for my 3.0

Realoem shows 3 different kinds. Not sure which one to get and does it matter?

Different ones came depending on your option spec. I believe the 140 came in ones with heated seats. You can get a higher amperage alternator to replace your lower amperage one. This is helpful if you add things like heated seats or stereo upgrades.

Valeo and Bosch are interchangeable, except for the pulley!
So if you have Valeo, you can switch to Bosch as long as the Bosch comes with the Bosch pulley.
Vice versa for Valeo.

I'd buy the brand-new Bosch AL0703N for ~$230 (don't touch the rebuilt):
BMW Alternator (120a) (New) - Bosch AL0703N - Free Shipping

Careful with some Bosch alternators used in the 3 series BMW. The regulator has 3 pins connector whereas the Valeo only has a 2 pins connector.

Already mentioned above it doesnt really matter but I'd avoid replacing it with a lower amperage than installed.
