Thanks for the diagram! What I ended up doing was by passing those two valves and insert directly the line to each bag. I then jump the relay and it filled each bag up now I'm at a normal or wanted height. It is either the solenoid or the module. The solenoid failed for not opening or closing or the module is failing to send the command to do so. At least now I know it's not going to be the compressor all together since it pumped both bags back up and holding.
