Not exactly. I executed the tests twice over let's say.....the last year. It was warmer out and it always passed that test okay. Who knows what my problem is...

Whatever it is. It's related to a cold
weather start on a cold engine but it's not very consistent or predictable. It never does this in the summer but over the past few years has done it in the winter time only. Sometimes a couple times a week - sometimes every few weeks.

Yup. Still at .5mm (haven't messed with it since) and I've noticed that the one wonky cylinder #4 doesn't have an oddball smooth running value at that setting, but will have one at a lower lift number. Maybe I've got a lever which is more worn than the others? Maybe some crud on the intake valve?

I haven't driven the X this week at all though so no new data or observations to share.
