weird things

Good morning, I'm a new member, bought a X5 from a friend (money problem and I wanted to help) I knew the problems with the car, I want to figure out the issues. One the radio doesn't work at all, there is power cause I see lights on the buttons but it doesn't turn or hear anything. Second the right turn signal, the bulb is new and it work with the hazard light but went i turn on the right turn it blinks fast like a bad bulb but is not bad at all... Third, there is not light of turn signals or high lights on and the reverse lights stop working....
any ideas where to look... thanks!!

Welcome to the forums!
Quick one on the radio - does it appear to do all the right things but just not produce sound? If the latter, that might be the amplifier stage which often dies gradually on the trunk-mounted Becker module. You might wish to ask your friend about whether the channels dropped out one by one or it failed suddenly.
For the right turn indicators, it sounds weird but consistent with one of the bulbs on the right hand side not working. Do the rear turn bulbs both work for hazard and direction indication?
For the reverse lights, in my car (which is a manual) the gearbox switch is slowly dying so my lights are intermittent. I 'encourage' the lights to turn on but once the weather is warmer I'll fix the switch. If you have an auto, that's outside my experience but I would be tempted to voltage check the grounds and other connections for the rear lights. Sometimes on the X5 there can be corrosion in the light units which adds resistance: a fast check would be to take the bulbs out on the right hand side and just check their holders, looking for corrosion. If they are dirty/salty, pull the units and clean the connections as a first action.

Nothing display on the screen, and there is power. I thought the MID unit was bad and I got a used one in working conditions (was taste before) and is the same
I replaces all the bulb's just to be sure but still the same.
For the reverse lights I don't know where to check to clean it up, I remove the bulbs and clean it up and add lubricant for better contact and new bulbs but nothing...

You could have a bad ground if all the bulbs are new and the bulb flashes like it was bad. Look at the bulb socket and check for corrosion.

You might want to edit your signature line, BMW engine for the X is either an I6 or V8. There is no such animal as a V6 X5, not unless someone built a frankenstein X.

I"ve never had to deal with the turn indicator bulbs on my e53 yet...but are any of them dual filament (front or rear)?

Fast blinking indicates that a turn indicator bulb is burnt out. On BMWs that have dual filament bulbs...if you have the LCM III (starts with 9/98 build date)...there is a replacement bulb feature...so if a front turn indicator bulb burns out (the high watt filament)...it will use the low watt parking lamp filament (or vice versa).

Do the lights on the side of the vehicle between the front wheels & front doors blink with the turn signals?

Well I figure out what was causing the technical issues and gizmos... I decide to take the Amp out and check the cables.. In the process I saw the "BMW EVEREST IBUS US" I disconnected and continue taking the Amp apart to check it. I finally got it out and clean it up a bit, I decide it to connected it back and test the radio, YAY... radio and dash lights and also the reverse lights worked. So I connect everything back and also the IBUS then bum no radio no dash light. So I think the IBUS is bad so time to get a replacement
Now my question: is that affecting my key to unlock doors??
