Sun Visor Electrical Connector

I feel really stupid ... my driver's side sun visor (2005 e53 4.4) broke and I need to replace it. Removing the screws is easy, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to disconnect the electrical connector. I thought it would be a simple plug but it doesn't come apart when I pull it and I feel if I pull it too hard, it will break. I've attached a photo with a picture of this connector. Help!!

I've tried that. I don't know which tab to press, if any. Looking at the photo, the bottom three "segments" look like they are a single integrated piece (the last piece has a tiny trap door that opens to expose the wires). The top "segment" (which is a different color), LOOKS like it should separate from the rest of it, but I cannot figure out how to do it. You can see the tab in the "segment" right below it that I've deformed with a tool trying to press it in. HELP!

Some of them are just a bear to pry off, even when ~releasing it from the latch lock~. I recall one pesky one under the dash, wire gauge was really thin.....ended up tearing the wire, and had to redo the wire connector.
