Removing Cylinder Head w/o engine removal

Does anyone have any information or experience with removing an M62 cylinder head without removing the engine? The only struggle I see is the exhaust manifold. I can get some of the bolts, but the others seem almost impossible. Thanks

Willing to lend a hand if you're not too far from DC. Did it with the engine out so can't answer your question
