Ok so I pulled off my nozzle as well. Nozzle was not clogged.
I removed the top of the spoiler (see this video -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKfEOQet-mg) and found that the check valve was clogged/not working (part number 3 in the picture below). I broke the valve trying to take it apart, so I need to order a new one.

removed the valve
tried to take apart the valve to unclog it, but I broke it instead..
the valve was stuck in this rubber piece and not mooving as it should
the valve should have moved forward when water pressure was applied and allowed some fluid to come through
for now I took one of the borken pieces and connected the line and the nozzle with duct tape (when the fluid come out, A LOT comes out, the valve is a regulator).
