That is very strange.
I want to say that the module, EHC module is doing some dumb shit. Could be messed up. Quite a few have had to replace theirs. The compressor seems healthy. Actually check your voltage. Also check voltage when error happened.

Had to replace mine about 4 months ago. But mine would stay level just had SLS Inactive warning on the dash all the time. Of course it only stayed level after replacing the 2 front struts. Then just had the pesky warning. |

Thanks guys. I'm actually gonna switch out the module on Saturday. My buddy has a brand new one that he ended up with when a shop mis diagnosed his air suspension issue. He put his old one back in and hasn't had any issues in about a year. Hoping that resolves it.

So far sensor bracket was messed up. Fixed it. Calibrated and reset the suspension with no issues after 30 miles or so of driving. Only thing I'm noticing is that the height switch takes it to off-road mode very quick but the lowering down to access (lowest setting) takes quite awhile.

How was it messed up? Your voltages seemed fine.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. After two weeks of no issues and adjusting a loose ride height sensor that was messed up after doing a wheel bearing I've put on about 700 miles with no message coming up. The bagpipeandy kit I think was definitely the solution as before I installed the kit I would get the message popping up after 50-100 miles. Highly recommended as an easy start to diagnosing the suspension.
