Replaced crank and cam sensor that was leaking. All is well. Thank you everyone.

Changed the plugs with NGK of the same model.

Presumably you cleared the error codes? Are you getting any new ones now?

Figured it out, I think... Coolant temperature sensor. The efi tables are temperature sensitive and the sensor was corroded due to running green coolant.

Good, glad you seem to have fixed it. IMX these sort of problems are often actually a series of issues (not just one) that combine together to manifest themselves in strange behaviour like you've seen. Multiple sensors not being quite right (but not completely dead) seems to be a real issue in terms of complicating fault diagnosis.
