I bled the system via bleeder screw (thanks dypwick ) and it seems to have fixed the overheating. I do however want to find where that plug plugs into!! I will take some more pics

are you talking about the coolant level sensor? because that one is plugged in under the expansion tank.

LOL,

I posted possibly the same question today then Seems like we might be looking for the same connector. Does yours come from the wiring going to the headlights, and is right above the DSC iii ( Google it and you will know right away what I am talking about)? Look for the cylinder on the right side across from engine mounted on wheelwell side of engine compartment, above and behind the DSC iii, it has a hose going to the lower portion of your radiator, and a hose coming from the oil separator I believe. A 2 pin connector goes in there. To further figure out where it goes please share the two wire colors underneath that ribbed black shielding of the wire. Is it green and red?
