Follow that pipe and see where it goes!You will need to get under the car.
Pipe maybe fine and I suggested previously that you do a leak test first with a vaccum gun.
That plastic piece you broke ,you can find in a DIY shop in the water hose section.
Remove the broken piece and just measure the outside diametre of the broken piece on all sides.
