I would use my porta power instead of the forcing screw and flat plate to pull the bushing out of the sub frame.

Work smarter not harder is what my dad taught me.

In the past on a volvo I cut the bushing out with a jig saw and new one in by freezing greasing and dropping the car on it. This works but not safe.
