Good job upallnight finding the problem - you're not much of a rebuild guy are you? The G.A.S. kit is very proven, tmv and I among others have had great success and the parts really are stout, if you still had your OE valve I would have either slapped the rebuild kit on or buy the new OE valve with DISA kit installed from G.A.S. - they call it the "Gold Valve" G.A.S. DISA Gold Valve
