2006 E53 - AutoTrans Fluid change?

Sorry, i know this gets asked a lot
And i had an older post here about it, which i can not find.

The old argument, should i or shouldn't i?
When i know the real answer is it should be changed, even though some people have suffered issues post the fluid change.

Our X5 has now done 244,000k's
As far as i am aware, it is still on the original ATF
The vehicle runs perfectly, but..... i'm starting to get worried.
And it this point, some damage may have already occurred anyway.

I just wondered, has anyone seen these Transmission Filter Service Kits?

Transmission Filter Service KIT Auto Ryco Fits BMW X5 E53 01 07 | eBay

Yes, its more for us Aussie members.
Has anyone used this kit?
Or had a smooth and successful Auto Trans Fluid change?

Thank You
