You can get the details of those parts on realoem.com.
From there plugging the part numbers into the usual parts sellers (ECS, RM Euro, Pelican, Turner, etc) should be easy. I've replaced these plates on a 3.0 and a 4.6, IIRC they come with the X-rings already.

They are different on the M62 engine.
Mounting plate X-rings to the secondary thermostat #7 RealOEM.com - Online BMW Parts Catalog Mounting plate to heat exchanger #12 RealOEM.com - Online BMW Parts Catalog Make sure to lubricate them with antifreeze before setting in place.
