Help with X Seals! Oil Cooler/Transfer Plate W/Pics!

Hello, here for some help again and as always....thanks in advance! Just removed the transfer plate deal attached to the radiator to find this leak and it turns out it was the X Seals on the Oil Cooler mixed with a broken lip on the plate itself. Question is, are the X Seals the same all around? In the pic, the one's on the left are off the Transfer Plate and the Right are off the Oil Cooler. Can't really tell in the pic, but the seals on the right (off the oil cooler) are a tad bigger. Don't know if that's because they are bad and have expanded or what? Seems like they are the same size just wanted to double check. After I get these fixed I was going to do hook it up and do a run through with distilled water. To check if everything checked out. Also to kind of flush the system a bit. Then drain and fill with BMW Coolant. When you get BMW Brand Coolant does it come 50/50 or concentrated? Also, anyone know best prices on Transfer Plate and X Seals? BMW Coolant? Thanks so much!
