CD Player Volume knob/mechanism broke, rough engine start, etc.

Hey guys!

Im having a few issues... as usual.

1- The past half month my engine has been having a rough start for about 1-3 seconds after ignition on a cold start. If the engine has been running awhile and I turn it off and back on, no problem. Not sure what the issue is. Maybe the ignition coils? I had the service interval 2 done last year and no codes or lights being thrown. (96K Miles)

2 - The power/volume knob on the CD player felt loose and I could hear something rattling and so I popped the knob off and noticed the little metal rod was very loose and there seems to be a nut in there that is very loose as well. I tried tightening it but it continues to not tighten. The functionality still works, but the rod seems to have settled inside a bit more preventing me from being able to put the knob back on...

3 - I have to replace one of skinny grills on the front bumper, assuming I have to take the front bumper off to do this, is there anything else I should do/service while im at this? Replace xenon bulbs? Etc?
