Found my coolant leak, need help deciding if I should keep going down

Hey, so I have a few threads started for this, going to start another one as its a new question and all the input would be great.

The coolant leak was a tear in the hose that comes off the accumulator and connects to the water valve. Its hose #11 if you're looking at the water valve on realoem.com

Someone has already been this far into the motor based on different signs. The coolant crossover pipes have sealant around the edges.

Should I proceed further and remake a new Valley Pan gasket with RTV Ultra Grey or leave it alone as it seems to be functioning fine and replace all the other stuff I had planned on replacing. Need to order everything ASAP so any help would be awesome!
