Recommended repair shop in Miami - bleeder screw seized, hood not opening

Hi everyone, just joined the forum, as xoutpost kept popping up in every Google search I've done while taking care of my 2003 X5 (3.0L but manual transmission, baby!) over the last few years.

I've hit a big snag this time around and just don't have the time (or garage!) to continue fixing the latest issues:

* Brake pipe rusted out under the driver's footwell. I replaced it with a new line, bled 3 out of the 4 calipers, but the 4th caliper's bleeder screw was stuck (missing rubber cap) and I couldn't get it loose.

* I tried driving it that way, and still have a lot of air in the lines. When I parked and wanted to try again, my hood refuses to open. I pull the handle in the cabin, and nothing happens (though the cable is still connected, as I can see when I look through that plastic gap next to the handle). The passenger side of the hood seems to have not latched, but the driver's side is fully latched, and no combination of pushing hard on one side or pulling on the other has worked to open it. All of the forum posts I found about forcing open a hood have not worked for me, so I need to bring it to someone who can get this thing open at this point.

* Window regular (driver's side rear) stopped working. Taped up for now, but I need to get that replaced ASAP.

So those are the three issues that I'm currently faced with. Does anyone have any recommendations for cheap labor / shops near the downtown Miami area?

Thanks!
