x5 4.6 is DIY timing job failure please help

It was not making any noises before,exept the noise of the bad guide rails,i could hear the chain running on the metal .
Could that be a Hydraulic valve lifter?That click sound on the 1st video when a turn the cam seems coming right underneath

Gonna have to go back and re-time the engine at a minimum.
