Driver's door Lock Whacked
Turning key does nothing, found lock repair kit at Bavauto. Anybody know if there's a video or guidance? Allen screw shown in the Bentley not visible through the hole as shown?

You need to look into the hole at an angle, look into the hole towards the door lock.

There are a few, there are discusions here and videos on the tube. Try searching under E46, they are pretty much the same to rebuild. I remember doing mine from pics here IIRC.

Worth it, just put $200 in my pocket. Two reasons for wife to be happy. Suspect that this caused locking/flasher freak out issue as well. Momm's happy everybody is happy.
