can you give some more details about the light bar?
Relay harness, light switch, wiring recommendations included, I assume? How about the Lumens output and if its IP67 or 68 rated?
Is the light output scattered from the housing OR somehow oriented in a nice directional light (I'd rather not loose light to the sky, but rather have it pointed towards vehicle and at a defined height). I'm not expecting a Projector beam fine cut off, but if it just makes light yet provides no illumination on the path ahead... then its not as functional, as it is more for looks. know what I'm getting at?
Looks BEAUTIFUL tho.

Love it
With the very affordable price of the e53 X5, i've been seriously thinking the same thing.

I know it will never be a serious off road vehicle
But the ability to at least go off the black top with some ground clearance and a reasonable entry and exit angle, it would make it more useful vehicle for some

Is there any other works that are needed?

Suspension work?
Or is it just replacing the wheels?

I am very concerned about front end damage with the X5, there is a lot of $$$ parts which break easy with a frontal impact.

That's kind of our thoughts with these things!

We are currently accepting pre-orders for the lift kit which provides a 1.5" lift. Beyond that, the front bumper is build to order and we are currently building another for an international order so the next would be about 1-2 weeks out.

Beyond that you'll have some wheel options! We're currently building another E53 that will be running OEM E39 M5 wheels along with the bigger tires.
