New x5..... Air suspension problem

I have recently brought a x5 3.0d from a garage... I have had nothing but issues with it.. After it being in the garage more than I'v had it I finally have it back....

Now without sounding blonde I never knew they had air suspension... And it didn't work before it went in lol

Now all of a sudden my rear passenger side wheel is going up and down with the car being locked and unlocked... But it isn't raising properly so is down on tht side.. Also it has a hissing sound on and off :-/... The drivers side isn't doing anything... So my question is, is there a problem with both sides?? And can you manuelly alter these???

Not enough information to give good suggestions. Do you have rear axle only...or do you have dual axle?
