If you like flexibility, i can highly recommend an Android Unit like suggested above.

A friend installed one as his OEM screen had blemishes on it.

Its a great unit, add your favourite Android Apps and you are away
Install Kodi and watch Live TV anywhere you have a 3G or 4G connection

My android eonon is plug and play With DSP. Maybe you have an older model? I bought mine early this year...

Satnav Screen Power and Ground/Neutral wires

I have a facelift X5, with DSP and Satnav (Wide screen).
Can someone tell me which wires are the Power and Neutral which supp,y power to the Sat Nav screen (out of the two connectors)?

Nope I didn't realize it. But that may be because you never mentioned

Problem Solved.

Drove it for about 10mins. Pulled up to turn it off. No warning.
Not been any warnings since.
