Lifter Tick?

Hey people,

I have been trying to figure out this tick for a while. Seems to be coming from the driver's side under valve cover. I am suspecting it is a lifter tick but before I dive in I would like your opinions as well.

Quick facts, oil level is good (I use Amsoil but about to switch to Castrol), spark plugs are tight and timing chain tensioner was just replaced / upgraded to the new longer one. Car also had startup rattle which I fixed with a new (used) oil filter housing (old one was missing the anti-drain back valve).

Here is the link :

Thanks,

Ozzie
