Edit to correct price I stated...
2000 2006 BMW x5 Tow Hitch with Harness Free Shipping | eBay Almost complete and he may have the frame rails and just not know they are needed. $495 shipped isn't bad if he includes the few other needed parts. As has been said here before you CAN modify your bumper support bar to work if he doesn't have / include it...
