I forgot to mention that I have another 4.6is available to me that I'm using as a parts car so as I wired some temporary grounds I also took the opportunity to change camshaft position sensor on bank 1 with a spare. Both had no impact but at least now using a test light, I do get my bulb to light up when using the engine as my ground.
