Help with my INPA Software please!

Is there anyone that lives close to San Luis Obispo CA that could help me with my software. I have owned it for a few few years now and it worked great and now it doesn't. I can't seem to get it to work. I will to drive up to 200 mile to come see someone or have them logon to my computer. I'm willing to pay for the service.

What exactly is the problem?

Sometimes it's the cable that gives problems and not the software.
