Bluetooth pairing but no audio--ready to break it

Do you have an android phone or an eye phone? Could be in the volume setting of the phone itself and not in the car.,

I had this problem and it turned out to be user error. Do you have an android phone or an
iPhone is a legitimate question as the OS may have different things to look at. Having said
that, no audio just requires you to look at all the adjustment in the phone making sure you
have all your outputs configured correctly. Getting frustrated only complicates the process.

I have an android samsung galaxy s7..the bluetooth was the first thing i checked on the phone and no luck.

Under setting, under My device, under sound there should be a setting for volume.
