I definitely prefer the OEM mats to the WeatherTecs...

And rotating between the two during the seasons is the perfect way. Deep clean in the offseason. Shampoo the carpet mats in the winter, scrub and polish the rubber mats in the summer.

I have the weathertech mats (front, rear and cargo) absolutely love them, perfect fit. Have them in my e39 as well.

you may want to check the local craigslist. I found the following
which includes the cargo area matt in Baltimore Craigslist

BMW X5 All Season Mats and Cargo Mat

2nd that. I've had the weathertechs....went back to OEM.
Kinda OCD but I've probably bought 3 extra sets since ownership. Just gotta have the new pile nap........once I see it wear, off to a new set.

I rotate the old ones during the winter

actually I use SearchTempest: Search all of Craigslist nationwide & more and I have it setup
to do a national search of craigslist auto parts with X5 in the description and
then limit it to find new postings in last 2 days.

I also used it when I was Jaguar xjs v12 owner

oops I gave away my secret, Rich
