Phoenix Independent Mechanic?

I'm nursing along my wife's 2006 X5 3.0 with about 140K miles. I'll probably get something new in the next year or so. Unfortunately, we are limping toward the finish line. We had an oil change at the dealer (yeah, I know) and they found about $4000 worth of items needing repair. I said, "thanks, but no thanks". So, I'm looking for a independent shop for the near and long term. The first thing I need to have done is to replace the drivers side Xenon light bulb (the dealer quoted $1000 ish).

So, any recs for a Phoenix mechanic?

Thanks

Probably on the face lifted E53, the bumper cover needs to be removed in order to remove the light housing to replace the bulb. My cousin just spent about 400 to replace the bulb in her Cadillac, same reason for the cost, the bumper cover needed to be removed to replace the bulb.

Parts Score in North Scottsdale. Best shop I have found in the valley and I have tried many!
